Copyright Chicago Tribune 4 INMATES CUT FENCE AND ESCAPE Four prisoners cut through a fence and climbed over razor wire to escape from a privately operated federal detention center, and two remained at large on Sunday. One of the fugitives, Paul Lowe of Lowell, Mass., was considered extremely dangerous, police said. Lowe was awaiting trial after he was arrested in December and accused of abducting a woman at gunpoint during a carjacking, driving her to New Hampshire and raping her. .................. It was the first escape from the Donald J.
