Form for Nomination of Officers

Your nominations are requested for the following offices to be elected at the 2007 Annual Meeting:

--President-Elect from Philosophy
--Secretary
--Council Member from Philosophy
--Council Member from Psychology

In composing the ballot for the annual election, the Council proposes one candidate for each office as a direct result of mail-in nominations. The Council urges you to act on your right to participate in the selection of our officers by completing this form and sending it to the Chair of the Nominations Committee.

You may nominate up to three persons for each office. List names in order of preference, most preferred first.
